Over the winter the team at R&B Construction have been hard at work building our new Winery and Store and we have finally been able to move in. We’re really pleased with the end result and are looking forward to making wine in a much more spacious environment. The highest level of insulation has been specified to minimize temperature fluctuations of the wine throughout the year. The winery is powered entirely by renewable energy via a 4.5kw PV solar array and 1000 amp hour battery bank. We’re just awaiting delivery of additional tanks, pupitres, stillages and a cooling system. Fortunately we were ordered all before the referendum when the exchange rate went South.
We’re looking forward to sharing our new facilities with friends, family and customers. Cheers 🙂
