Soft and fruity, light and dry red wine made from Rondo grapes in East Sussex. This wine is made in the Nouveau style, using a method called carbonic maceration, which gives the classic, heady, sweet shop aroma, like pear drops and cherry bonbons.
This wine is bright ruby red with succulent cherry aromas, velvety texture and has a super silky finish with notes of cherry and berry. At just 11.5% alcohol, it is perfect to drink as an aperitif or with food such as antipasti or a Sunday roast. We recommend this wine for Beaujolais lovers.
