Herons Ghyll is a delicious sparkling white wine from East Sussex, situated in the heart of the forest and surrounded by fields of deer. Hand harvested and handmade in the traditional Champagne method from grape varieties of Reichensteiner and Huxelrebe, the wine is dry yet honeyed and fruity, with classic aromas of citrus fruits, white florals and a hint of rhubarb.
